英语菜谱 全都是英文吗?今天刚刚学会了蔬菜汤和烤红菜——培根:
红菜汤: red lectuce 1 kg ,--rough dice , butter 30g , sug矗r : 30g cide vinigar 20g , onion dice 20g , peper and salt 10g , mix them and put them in oven for 30 Min. then put 250 g bacon , that is done!

2. vegetable Soup: Butter 30g , 200g onion dice , 100g other diced vegetable including : carrot , green pepper , green onion , celery , 1 Kg chicken soup . 1 . put the pot on stove , then put the butter and those dices ,3 after 5 minutes femating , put the 1Kg chicken soup together , after 20--25 min, the soup is done . but use a soup electronic griller to mix it , put 10g salt and pepper .after well mixed , agreet soup is done.

  2、锅里放一勺的油,倒入牛肉高火快炒,马上加入百合翻炒至牛肉全部变色(约1分钟)就可以起锅了。
  辣椒炒鸡翅
  主料:鸡翅8两,红辣椒2两,干辣椒1两
  配料:胡椒粉、盐、料酒、生抽
  做法:
  1、红辣椒、干辣椒切小段。
  2、鸡翅切成小块,用胡椒粉、盐腌15分钟。
  3、锅里放半碗油,烧到7成热,放入鸡翅,用高火炸2分钟捞起。
  4、锅里剩少许的油,先放入干辣椒炒片刻,再倒入炸好的鸡翅、红辣椒,加生抽、料酒翻炒2分钟(高火)就可以了。
  蛋白炒木耳
  原料:鸡蛋2个,黑木耳(干)10g。
  配料:蒜、葱
  调料:油、盐
  做法:
  1、黑木耳用冷水泡15分钟。鸡蛋取蛋清,搅匀。
  2、锅里放一勺的油,烧到7,8成热,关火,马上下蛋清快速翻炒,装盘备用。
  3、蒜末放入锅里爆出香味,下黑木耳翻炒2分钟,加盐,倒入炒好的蛋清,撒上葱花即可起锅。
  田园素炒
  材料:黄瓜2两、胡萝卜2两、洋葱半个、土豆2两、奶酪(Cheese)1片
  做法:
  1、黄瓜、胡萝卜、洋葱、土豆都切成小粒。
  2、锅里放2勺油,入土豆粒,用高火炸成金黄(大约2分钟),注意要不断用锅铲推一下土豆。
  3、土豆先装盘,锅里剩少许的油,放入洋葱爆出香味(高火),再倒入黄瓜翻炒,并即刻放入奶酪翻炒,待奶酪均匀化开即可盘。
  彩椒炒鸡丁
  材料:红、黄彩椒各1个,柿子椒1个,鸡腿2个(或鸡脯肉1片)
  配料:盐、胡椒粉、料酒、淀粉
  做法:
础 1、将鸡腿肉取出来,切成丁,用少许的盐、胡椒粉、料酒、淀粉腌10分钟。
  2、将彩椒和柿子椒切成小块。
  3、锅里放2勺的油,烧到7成热,先将鸡丁倒入锅里,用筷子迅速划开,避免结块。
  4、1分钟后倒入彩椒、柿子椒,
  5、加盐快速翻炒2分钟就可以起锅了。
  6、切下来鸡腿的骨头和皮不要丢掉,加水放微波炉转10分钟,然后倒入锅里,加入青菜或紫菜等可以做成美味的汤。

Ingredients:

1 kg Pork Belly ( 1 inch cubes)
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp Brandy (optional)
1 Egg (beaten)

600 ml Vegetable oil
1 spring Onion (cut in to 1inch)
100 g Canned bamboo shoot
1 Green pepper (diced)

Sauce :

3 tbsp wine vinegar
3 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp Orange juice

1 tbsp Cornflour

Directions:

1. Mix the pork cubes with salt & Brandy & leave to marinade for 15 minutes.

2. Blend the beaten egg, cornflour & add the pork cubes and turn until each cube is well coated.

3. Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.

Ingredients:
500 grams (1.1 lb) wheat flour
250 grams (0.55 lb) minced pork
5 grams (5/6 tsp) salt
5 grams (1 tsp) sugar
5 grams (1 1/4 tsp) MSG
10 grams (1 1/2 tsp) soy sauce
15 grams (1 tbsp) cooking wine
5 grams (1/6 oz) finely cut scallions

Directions:
