草莓白森林蛋糕的做法
白巧克力隔水融化，温度不能超过40度，融化好的巧克力倒入盘子里，等充分凝固后，用不锈钢的勺子刮成巧克力屑待用
蛋糕切成片，我切成了三片，最后剩下了一片没用
在第一片蛋糕上抹上奶油，放上切碎的草莓，盖上第二片蛋糕后同样抹奶油，放上草莓，最后在抹上奶油，把奶油抹平整
把整个蛋糕的四周抹上打发的淡奶油，抹均
蛋糕整个撒上白巧克力屑，四周的巧克力屑可以用硅胶刮刀铲起巧克力屑轻轻往上贴
用裱花袋装上菊花嘴，再装上奶油，在蛋糕表面裱上两圈花，放上洗净切半的草莓即可
