材料 ：
A：杏仁粉100克 、糖粉100克、兰姆酒20克
B：全蛋液100克、奶油50克
C：蓝莓酱适量
做法：
1、将A材料的粉类过筛丹奶油加热融化。
2、将A材料中加入兰姆酒，用刮刀以切压翻拌方式混合，再分次加入全蛋液用打蛋器拌匀。
3、加入奶油，用刮刀拌至与其它材料完全融合。
4、装入挤花袋中，挤入模具六分满，上面放上适量蓝莓酱。
5、温度：200度，时间15分钟。

烤箱预热190℃把蓝莓果酱部分所有食材放到大碗中混合均匀，放入深烤盘中备用
脆皮的制作：将面粉和泡打粉过筛，加入盐和3tbsp细糖，混合均匀，加入切成小块的黄油，用双手之间轻柔搓，使黄油和面粉混合物融为一体。加入淡奶油，使黄油面粉成为面团。
把面团分成相同大小的6等分，平铺在放有蓝莓的深烤盘中。将糖和肉桂粉搅拌均匀
少许淡奶油用小刷子涂抹在面团上，撒上糖和肉桂的混合物，放入烤箱约25-30分钟
